Bylor Night shift 01.04.21

Today both Trade unions attended an emergency LJC with Bylor senior management to resolve issues around change of working hours for night shift. We are pleased we managed to resolve this issue with the following shift agreement which is detailed below which now honours the payment of 6 hours double time if workers complete the full shift • Anyone that works until normal end of shift, 04:00 hrs, will received payment as follows; Payment from 17:00 – 22:00 at time + 25% shift premium Payment from 22:00 – 04:00 at double time • This does not mean that hours worked after 22:00 hrs are automatically double time, only for those personnel that work to end of shift. Moving forward both trade unions will ensure consultation is honoured between management, members and Trade unions.
