BYLOR tier 2 periodic travel payments (ECSA contract).
Following a request by the Joint Union Consultative Committee, a local meeting was arranged on-site on Wednesday, 10th July 2024, with the client.
The JUCC and union officers believe the meeting was positive and constructive. A proposal that meets the members' aspirations was discussed and is now in abeyance, pending financial analysis and approval by the client. We are confident that by the end of next week, after consulting further with your trade union reps, we will be in a position to accept.
On the provision that we have an an agreement in principle, we will not be issuing formal ballot notices to the tier 2 employers on Friday, 12th July 2024.
Should there be any further developments, we will immediately inform you, and if necessary, we are in a position to immediately take action.
