On 26/04/22 during the Bylor LJC, it was confirmed that a progression path for the concrete working community is established allowing them to achieve SW1 pay grade (previously SW2). As a result 151 concrete workers have now progressed to SW1.
This journey started several months ago when our members attended a branch meeting and raised their concerns relating to their pay grade.
We would like to thank the members for their continued support in allowing us to get improved conditions.
