Bylor will deduct 30 minute break from your hours/payslip anyway so unless they agree NOT to do this then we may as well keep the 2 break system. Do you not think they have already cut enough hours by removing our Sundays and making us finish early every 2 weeks? Just more ways of cutting costs while they get paid FULL salaries regardless. They don't cut their hours/wages so don't let them cut yours!
