Joint-Union Bylor Dispute Update: Talk's break down.

Talks continued today between the joint-unions and NNB/Bylor.

We have broken up today in a stalemate situation, without an offer sufficiently improved without strings attached that we feel we can put over to you our members. This means the most likely option is the industrial action route. Pressure has been put on the unions to accept amended offers with strings attached but we have resisted this and any deal must be consulted with our members for you to decide.

We are making good progress with updating membership details ready for the strike ballot.

Please ensure your details are up to date with us ready for a ballot.

Short term pain for long term gain. When the ballot comes, you all know what to do. We’ve all had enough of lowball rates, de-skilling trades and the two week course mob. Hold the line.

Still no reply, is it only Bylor that monitor what is being said on here?? How are night shift meant to check/ change their details with the unions when there is no one around on nights to do it?? You want us to vote and in great numbers to make sure we have enough votes to count and yet, you cannot organise someone to take details on night shift!! Apparently there were reps last Thursday and Friday yet the shift in on was of from Thursday morning until Monday. You do know there are different shift patterns on heat sink 1 nights!!! At least give us a fighting chance here, or are you happy for us to get fuck all!!

Are there people in the union office at night for the night shift to update their details?
