Steven Dench - PLALOG
I would like to become a safety rep because I am very keen on pursuing health and safety as a career. I think being a safety rep is a great way to enter health and safety and gain valuable knowledge and experience. I am passionate about a safe workplace for employees and would like to be part of maintaining standards across my platform.

Adrian Chisalita - PLALOG
I am interested in health and safety, as I also worked 15 years ago as a safety officer for Bovis, and I enjoyed that time. I am confident in engaging with people; my first language is Romanian, so I could also engage with fellow Romanians. I can also speak multiple languages, something that has always come in handy over the years. I've been working for 20 years in the construction industry, so I can say that's also an advantage for me in order to follow safety protocols so that people are safe from harm and injury. There's no greater satisfaction than having a career where you make sure everyone goes home safe and sound. Thank you.

Marc Brown - PLALOG

Chris Harris - HS2

I would like to be a safety rep to ensure the working environment is safe for the workforce. I will also take on board what workers say to me regarding their safety and sort it out as soon as possible. I’ve had experience with safety-related roles in a previous job where my own and my colleagues' safety was paramount. Vote for me so I can make a change.

Daniel Ilisoi - HS2
I would like to become a safety representative to help people understand safety culture and fight together to go home safe every day!

Altin Cena - HS2
Thank you for the opportunity to apply for the role of safety representative. I am passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of our team, and I believe that a safe work environment is essential for productivity and morale. With my attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols, I would ensure that the concerns of our colleagues are heard and addressed promptly. I am approachable and proactive, and I would strive to foster a culture of safety where every voice is valued. I hope to earn your trust and support in this important role.

Michael Rumney - HS2

Palwinder Singh - CI
My name's Palwinder, known as Pal on-site, working on platform CI1. I would like to be a safety rep to address issues regarding safety and other concerns from my team and my own people, as most of them have language barriers on-site. I consider myself to be their mentor, outlining their concerns and helping more people in every possible way. I can speak different languages (Italian, Punjabi, Hindi, English) and communicate with all people, earning trust and respect while challenging anything that seems wrong, which are key points of HPC.

Pushrinder Sandhu - CI
I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve as a safety representative because I believe that a safe and secure working environment is essential for everyone. I am committed to actively listening to the concerns of our members, specifically Indian (Punjabi) people who don’t understand English properly, and explaining things to them in my language, ensuring that their safety remains a top priority. My strong communication skills and attention to detail will help me address any safety issues promptly and effectively. I am confident I can help create a safer workplace for all. I would greatly appreciate your vote and support in taking on this important role. I also want to enhance my skills.

Sean Hughes - CI
I'd like to become a safety representative for my platform so I can contribute to setting and maintaining high safety standards for my colleagues. I will do this by going above and beyond to make sure any health and safety or welfare at work concerns and questions from my colleagues are responded to and answered.

Catalin Buzaru - CI
I want to be a rep member after what happened to me this year, and I would like to change my job because I have some health problems. I would like to encourage people to be positive and keep their heads up at all times, fighting to stay positive for themselves and those around them, so they can reach home to their families safely and mentally calm.
Thank you.
